I bought a cheap wal-mart belt and added drawer pulls at the hip fronts, and the locket/pocket watch hanging down, and glued turkoman buttons along the rest of the belt. I wish I knew of a better way than hot glue...

You could try epoxy? I like it, though, it's very . . . I almost want to say "steampunk" . . . the drawer pulls are genius!
