So, my lovely friend, Crystal made an amazing pair of horns and painted them black.
We've got them attached to a belt type head band we made from a piece of a Halloween costume.
NOW, the difficult part... keeping.the.thing.from.falling.off.my.head!
We do alot of lay backs and bend our heads all backwards and such and it just slides off... any help? Any at all... I've got a show in about two weeks... and I'm a little nervous about these horns!
Thank you! [:

Great tips in that thread about using wig clips to sew to the underside of your headband. I made my first headdress for a show this month and we were balancing swords and it stayed on great! -

Re: Headdress Help!
Sat, November 7, 2009 - 6:52 PMI have very short hair and find there just isn't enough of it to use clips or combs etc. I have had really good luck with male velcro (the hook side) sewn into headbands or my little fez hats. It grips my hair enough for backbends in the wind! -
